MD Scribes + AI

Thank you for connecting me to Dr. Mathline Fortunat, my MD Scribe. She is a very quick study and she was charting well on day 2. It is extremely helpful. It seems to me patients are very receptive. She opens the charts before I get to the office and then we review patients together. After only two weeks, she is completely prepping charts with few additions from me. Thank you for letting know about this opportunity. My stress level trying to get the charts done is extremely low now. I started playing the piano again! Thank you again.

Since using MD Scribe services, it has become more manageable for our physician to attend to all the patients seen at the clinic and completing his documentation timely. In addition, the MD Scribe has assisted with translation services.

I wanted to provide feedback on Dr. Adriana Hofmann, my MD Scribe now that we’ve had a few weeks to work on the kinks and workflow. She is working out WONDERFULLY!! She is competent, reliable, and easy to work with. I see that she is getting more accustomed to my “medical thought process”. Since starting with Adriana, I have had NO visit note charting to complete after hours for the past week. YAY! We are also improving our efficiency with our pre- and post-work huddles. Surprisingly, patients have been super receptive to adding a medical scribe.

It’s been an exceptional experience to work with Dr. Lamour Bien-Aime, my MD Scribe. His notes are accurate and thorough. He is also always open to minor improvements such as wording changes. He ensures all notes are done quickly as well. As far as revenue goes it has increased numbers by nearly 30% moving from around 22 patients per day to easily 28 patients per day. This has also shown helpful on patient satisfaction given patients are more easily able to get in to be seen when sick. Overall the experience has been more than I could have asked for.
